    M.C.U.F.C. Club is busy preparing activities year round. Teams are being formed three seasons out of the four; we are in need of sponsors. Funds provided by sponsors like you provide uniforms, equipment, referees, port-a-potties, playing fields and ground-keeping services, and our scholarship program for our young players. This is a great opportunity to get your business name in front of several communities, and show your support of programs that benefit youth and their families.

    Your membership/sponsorship starts the day we receive the completed form along with your contribution. Your membership/sponsorship lasts a full year for example if you sign on 7/06/2011 it will not need to be renewed until 7/06/2012.  There are over 800 recreational players and over 200 travel players along with their families that participate in our activities.
